ABOUT ME

I graduated from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Department of City and Regional Planning.

I am a CMB licensed real estate appraiser with 15 years of experience in real estate appraisal, real estate development and land development. Throughout my career, I have worked in various positions in leading real estate appraisal firms and construction companies. I have served in various positions in the department that provides services to many domestic / foreign construction companies, investor companies, qualified real estate and real estate projects in the most effective and efficient use analysis, project valuation, feasibility studies, portfolio valuation, periodic market analysis, urban transformation-goodwill, land development.

I worked as a licensed appraiser in leading real estate appraisal companies between 2009 and 2014. I worked in the Business Development and Land Development Department at Sur Yapı Endüstri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. between 2014 and 2015, and as Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager and Research Reporting Department Manager at Eva Gayrimenkul Değerleme A.Ş. between 2016 and 2021. I took part in various non-governmental organizations related to the real estate sector.

As of March 2021, I established my own company and continue to provide consultancy services in the fields of real estate valuation, real estate development, especially for law firms, and to provide services in real estate purchase, sale and leasing processes. I also provide expert witness services in real estate valuation under the Istanbul Expert Regional Board of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Türkiye.
